Honda Care? No.

It has now been over five months since I submitted my HondaCare extended warranty cancellation request, yet I have not received my refund despite multiple follow-ups. This delay is unacceptable and may constitute an unfair and deceptive business practice under consumer protection laws. As this warranty was financed through Honda’s FlexPay Payment Plan, which included interest charges, the undue withholding of my refund could fall under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) oversight and possibly violate fair lending and credit practices. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (Complaint ID: 22838047), to which Honda has failed to respond.
